The first two rounds of public guided tours led the public to Wan Chai to appreciate the historic buildings such as The Blue House Cluster, The Pawn, 7 Mallory Street, and the old Wan Chai Post Office. In addition to these popular tourist attractions, Hong Kong has many antiquities and historical sites hidden in the corners of the city. Taking into account the epidemic situation and public safety, the planned 3rd of the public guided tour was changed to an online video format to lead everyone into Yuen Long to visit the three legal monuments in the area, namely: I Shing Temple in Wang Chau and the Cheung Ancestral Hall in Shan Ha Tsuen and the Tang Ancestral Hall in Ha Tsuen, so that the audience can gain a deeper understanding of Hong Kong's history and local culture.
In the last two episodes, we took you to I Shing Temple in Wang Chau. We will come to the Tang Ancestral Hall in Ha Tsuen, Yau Kung School and the Guesthouse to explain its historical background, and the surveyor will explain the status of restoration. If you want to know more, don’t miss the video!
