Online Submission Form for the "Maintenance and Appreciation of Historical Buildings" Creativity Competition

All participants / teams must complete and submit the online submission form before 6 pm, June 19 (Friday) via http://form.redasia.com.hk/HKIS_heritage/heritage_submission
* Please note that participants of the Drawing or Tiny Model Category must submit the original works and online submission confirmation page / confirmation email before 6 pm from June 5 to 19 (Friday). (Late submission will be disqualified)
Submission method: by post / in person
Submission Location: Room 1205, 12/F, Wing On Centre, 111 Connaught Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors Head Office (Office hours: Monday to Friday: 9am-6pm and Saturday: 9am-12:30 pm)
